Use of these Services may be available through a compatible mobile device, Internet access and may require software. You agree that you are solely responsible for these requirements, including any applicable changes, updates and fees as well as the terms of your agreement with your mobile device and telecommunications provider.

Subject to applicable law, EPIC DEVELOPERS, its affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any :

You agree that you will comply with these laws and regulations, and will not export or re-export any part of the Services, in violation of these laws and regulations, directly or indirectly.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Rajkot, India.

All notices must be in writing and sent by personal delivery, fax, or registered mail. If addressed to EPIC DEVELOPERS, notices must be sent to its Legal Department.

Each party is responsible for its own legal fees. If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Subject to arbitration, the courts of Rajkot, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

This Agreement, including any additional terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and EPIC DEVELOPERS and supersedes all prior communications.

If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court, the rest will remain fully enforceable. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

You may not transfer or assign this Agreement without written consent from EPIC DEVELOPERS. However, EPIC DEVELOPERS may transfer or assign it without your consent to an affiliate, successor, or buyer of assets.
